Pedestrian Directions from the Cityplace Light Rail Station:

Walking
The station is underground and you’ll have to take Central Expressway exit to get to street level. (not the Cityplace Tower exit) Walk along Cityplace West Boulevard, which has the street car line in the center median. Take a left at McKinney Avenue and a right at Lemmon Avenue. You will walk downhill and past Turtle Creek Boulevard. Continue on Lemmon Avenue up the hill and go left on Welborn Street. The next street is Rawlins and the building is to the right.

Bus
The station is underground and you’ll have to take Central Expressway exit to get to street level. (not the Cityplace Tower exit) There is a bus stop at the station exit. Take the number 51 bus towards Walnut Hill. Ask the driver to stop at Welborn Street. Cross the street and follow Welborn. The next street is Rawlins and the building is to the right.

Driving Directions

From DFW International Airport North Exit:
Take Highway 114 south towards Downtown Dallas. 114 merges with Highway 183, which then merges with Interstate 35e. Exit at Oak Lawn Avenue and go left. After passing Cedar Springs Road, make a right at the next light which is Rawlins Street. The building is on the left. Park anywhere on the street.

From DFW International Airport South Exit:
Take Highway 183 east towards Irving and Dallas. 183 then merges with Interstate 35e. Exit at Oak Lawn Avenue and go left. After passing Cedar Springs Road, make a right at the next light which is Rawlins Street. The building is on the left. Park anywhere on the street.

From Dallas Love Field Airport:
The office is very close to Love Field Airport and a taxi is the best form of transportation. However, if you drive, just take Cedar Springs Road to Oak Lawn Avenue. Make a left at Oak Lawn Avenue. Make a right at the next light which is Rawlins Street. The building is on the left. Park anywhere on the street.

From Richardson:
Take Central Expressway (US 75) south towards Downtown Dallas. Exit at Lemmon Avenue and go right. After passing Turtle Creek Boulevard, you’ll see a light for Welborn Street. Make a left at Welborn. The building is to the right at the next intersection. Park anywhere on the street.

From Addison:
Take the Dallas North Tollway south towards Downtown Dallas. Exit at Wycliff Avenue and go left. Make a right at Rawlins Street. After passing Oak Lawn Avenue, the building will be on the left. Park anywhere on the street.

From Denton:
Take Interstate 35 south towards Downtown Dallas. Exit at Oak Lawn Avenue and go left. After passing Cedar Springs Road, make a right at the next light which is Rawlins Street. The building is on the left. Park anywhere on the street.

From Fort Worth/Arlington:
Take Interstate 30 east towards Downtown Dallas. When crossing the Trinity River, keep to the left and take the exit for Interstate 35e north. Exit at Oak Lawn Avenue and go right. After passing Cedar Springs Road, make a right at the next light which is Rawlins Street. The building is on the left. Park anywhere on the street.
